PROFESSIONAL EQUALITY INDEX
Following the Article L. 1142-8 of the French Labour Code, Jean Paul Gaultier published its gender equality index for the year 2023.
This index allows companies to measure their progress on the gender pay gap.
It is calculated on 100 points, based on 4 indicators.
