You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your item(s) for a refund.

Just attach the pre-printed and prepaid label to your package and send it from the post office of your choice.

If your return label is missing, please contact us by email at fashion@jpgaultier.fr.

The return of the Products must be made by the Customer:

-       within fourteen (14) calendar days from its communication to the Company of its decision to return the Products;

-       in their original packaging, with the sales tags still attached, in perfect condition, unused, and accompanied by all the accessories and documents provided with them at the time of delivery (notice, warranty, tags, certificate of authenticity, eyewear case, plastic film for swimsuit, etc.) and the delivery slip enclosed with the Product(s) delivered;

Otherwise, we cannot accept the returned item(s) or grant you a refund. We reserve the right to refuse items returned late or altered.

INTERNATIONAL:

In the return portal, enter your order number and the email address used to place the order.

Select the items you wish to return, confirm the quantity and reason of returning.

When the return procedure is completed, include the items and all the paperwork in the package, print you prepaid DHL SHIPPING Label and attach it to your sealed box.
